Job Description

  • We’re hiring a Marketing Associate to join our growing team. As our Marketing Associate, you’ll work collaboratively across teams, showcasing and promoting Prospa’s brand.

What you’ll be doing

  • Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
  • Collect and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
  • Conduct market research, report findings and identify new opportunities
  • Coordinate with the marketing, design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
  • Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
  • Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the team runs smoothly
  • Create reports on marketing and sales metrics for example, conversion rates
  • Write and proofread marketing materials
  • Create proposals and presentations.
  • Write daily social media posts and weekly blog posts relating to your assigned products, and complete other writing jobs as assigned, including direct-marketing emails and ad copy
  • Communicate with members and maintain good relations
  • Maintain an organized and reference-able record of past marketing metrics and advertising campaigns.
  • Review and edit teammates’ marketing copy for grammatical correctness and appropriate style, and accept and apply constructive criticism from others on your own writing

2. Videographer

  • Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • We’re looking for a confident and talented Videographer to join our marketing team. As a Videographer at Prospa, you’ll be responsible for ideating and creating thoughtful and engaging video content to motivate, educate, and inspire our members.

What you’ll be doing

  • You are a compelling visual storyteller, capable of concepting and executing short and long term video and graphic content for all channels including website, paid digital media and social platforms.
  • You will collaborate from creating and editing unique social/digital first content, to formatting existing footage from product campaigns and everything in-between.
  • Conceptualise ideas and develop into high-quality content to support product branding and business marketing objectives.
  • Present ideas via storyboards for review by the Creative Director.
  • Direct and oversee shooting of video and BTS footage to capture content for campaigns, paid ads, site and social content.
  • Collaborate with content marketing team and product to be able to write copy for visual content
  • Edit videos to best specifications
  • Manage monthly delivery calendar, updating with weekly brief additions.
  • Be able to self-manage and estimate lead time for projects and communicate this as needed to help manage workload and expectations.
  • Remain organised and keep clean project files so they can easily be handed off as needed.
  • Develop and maintain post-production processes and guidelines. Maintain a digital library/server organisation of all content.
  • Manage, recruit and vet contractors for additional in-house freelancers a needed (e.g. animators, retouchers, etc.).

  • You have good knowledge and hands on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Other tools.

3. Legal Associate

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all applicable statutory or regulatory requirements

  • We are looking for a creative, passionate, and strategic paid Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at Prospa.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of the company via paid media strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support the implementation of our paid marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
  • Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition
  • Plan, test, and implement new acquisition funnels
  • Improve conversions by a/b testing different variables.
  • Manage, optimize & maximize the company’s ROI across channels
  • Craft landing pages and lead generating forms for our content to be distributed through relevant paid programs
