Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
  • Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
  • Manage and ensure the efficient and smooth running of the organization
  • Design company policies and procedures
  • Lead HR projects such as policy reviews and implementation of performance evaluation tools
  • Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
  • Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
  • Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
  • Working with Market Ethics Specialist/Operation Managers
  • Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
  • Providing HR support to the business, including documentation and approval process
  • Monitor the attendance, job responsibilities and execution of duties of each employee
  • Ensure all employees comply with the rules and regulations of the organization
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
  • Proficiency in sales tools such as a CRM
  • Excellent Time Manager
