Our objective has always been to offer a wide variety of housing types, in order to accommodate a good number of clients from medium to high-income earners in Abuja and Nigeria at large.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, software development, and IT support.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient and secure IT systems and processes.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom software applications and web-based solutions to support the company’s business objectives.
  • Manage IT projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their IT-related needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of the company’s IT infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and recommend and implement solutions to improve the company’s IT capabilities.
  • Mentor and develop the IT team.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters, effectively communicating with stakeholders and resolving IT-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a full-stack developer, with expertise in a wide range of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing an IT department, with a track record of successful project management and team leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and devise effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, software development life cycles, and IT infrastructure management.
